Do I need a maintenance plan if I already have hosting?
Hosting keeps your site online — maintenance keeps it healthy. Hosting covers infrastructure (server, SSL, backups), while maintenance covers the application layer: CMS updates, plugin compatibility, security scans, and content changes. Most clients bundle both for complete coverage.
What happens if something breaks during an update?
We always update on a staging copy first and verify everything works before pushing to your live site. If something does go wrong on live, we restore from the most recent backup immediately — usually within minutes.
Can I add maintenance to an existing site you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a site audit to understand your stack, then bring it up to our standards before enrolling it in a care plan. Most audits take 1–2 business days.
How do content changes work?
Professional and Enterprise plans include a set number of hours for content changes each month — text updates, image swaps, new pages, form edits, and similar tasks. Unused hours don't roll over, but we'll always flag if a request needs extra time before proceeding.
What if I need emergency help outside the plan?
Emergency support is available to all maintenance clients at priority rates. Enterprise clients have SLA-backed response times included in their plan.
